Barbara Yoli Davis, Principal
Barbara Yoli Davis is the founder and principal of Change Results Consulting,
a consulting firm specializing in organization change, succession planning,
leadership development, sales force effectiveness, and performance consulting.
In addition to leading Change Results Consulting, Barbara is a Senior
Consulting Associate for Psychological Associates, one of the world’s
longest-established training and consulting firms.
Prior to launching Change Results, Barbara
was Director of Organization Development for Arrow Electronics
Inc., one of the world’s largest distributors of electronic components
and computer products. As Director of Organization Development, she
managed a team of training and organization development professionals
responsible for executive development, succession planning, organization
change, employee communications, and management development worldwide.
Her projects included overseeing several acquisitions and mergers, 360°
feedback, worldwide talent reviews, branding and marketing initiatives,
and sales and marketing organization redesign. Barbara joined Arrow
in 1995 as Manager of Sales Development with the responsibility for
the development of sales and marketing professionals worldwide.
Before joining Arrow, Barbara was the Manager of Training and Organization Development for Newsday, one of the leading newspapers in the United States. At Newsday, Barbara spent the first several years of her career working in sales and sales management. In 1989, she joined the human resources department as Manager of Employment and Training. During her tenure, she oversaw all change management projects, launched executive development and 360° degree programs, and worked with senior executives on employee and labor relations issues. Barbara is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Graduate Certificate in Labor Relations. She is a member of the Professional Society for Sales and Marketing Training, the Organization Development Network, and the Society for Human Resources Management. She is the author of several articles including “A Career Crossroads – Do top sales people make the best sales managers?” and “Voice Mail – The Seven Deadly Sins.”
